At Estelle Colored Glass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-blown artisanal pieces. If your order isn't a perfect match for your home, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the glassware items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack your items in the original Estelle Colored Glass branded box with all protective padding to ensure the delicate glass arrives safely.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous labels.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
