Is the color sprayed on or part of the glass?
Our glassware is made of high-quality colored glass, not sprayed-on film. The vibrant hues are integrated into the glass melt by our glass artisans, ensuring the color will never peel or fade.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging your order using custom-fit protective materials. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and we provide insurance on all shipments to cover any potential transit damage.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of a breakage during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will issue a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

What is your return policy?
